Maria O It seems like everything is going up and called my current auto insurance company to see what my new monthly payment would be. I found out my former insurance agent became an independent agent and had to get in touch with him. Darren was able to meet my needs on a timely manner as requested with the same coverage. And able to get a better quote than what my current will be on my next renewal. Communication with him was through email which was a lot easier as well as signing off on the docusign. Very professional as always. I prefer supporting our local businesses than anything than having some outside agent that i am not able to see. So Thank you, Darren!

Bryant Chris (CJ) Jake was excellent! The customer service I experienced with him while dealing with the stresses of my personal life was well-needed. He was patient at times when it took me while to get back to him but also quick and responsive when I finally did get back to him with the information... in my book that is Stellar performance! Especially when choosing the right insurance provider. I highly recommend for anyone looking.

Mark W All I can say is this company sucks! I had Allen insurance for years before it was bought by out. There are basically three people who supposedly run this company...Tom the new owner, his son Hayden and John who is supposedly supposed to take over the company someday. They are extremely hard to get a hold of when you try to call. Many times Ive tried, they were out golfing. I wanted to cancel my coverage due to the sale of my house. I sold my house in May but my coverage was good through mid June. I called them about a month before I sold my house to cancel...I finally got in touch with Hayden because John was supposedly gone on vacation. I submitted my signed cancellation but Hayden never turned it in. I got a notification from Citizens that my policy was in default. I called them and told them that I canceled the policy in May and they said they never received it. I called Allen insurance and finally got in touch with John. He said he would take care of it since Hayden (who is completely worthless) never turned it in. As of today, Ive never heard anything back. So needless to say, because of them, I was cheated out of what little refund I had coming back. Moral of the story...WORTHLESS COMPANY! Go with someone else! I did and my new agent is awesome!
