1 /5 Maria McRae: My brokers portfolio was given to Kimberlee when my broker left the business, and Kimberlee acted like she couldnt be bothered when I tried to cancel my vehicle insurance. I get charged by the mile for my insurance, so the matter is somewhat urgent since I am being charged every time I leave my driveway and I already have another policy. Maybe she was upset I didnt ask her to look for a new policy for me, I dont know, but my other insurance agents over the past 27 years have been much more helpful. She also called me "rude" when she is the one who hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. Im not sure how asking her to do what I pay her to do is rude. I will now not only be switching my vehicle insurance but ALL of my insurance policies that are with Goosehead.
