Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

Polar Cub I have been with them in the past but I had to switch because of prices. So, I was hesitant when I first got a phone call from Brandon. I wasn’t initially planning on switching back but I was at least curious to get a quote. Brandon was super polite. He gave me a quote that was simply too good to pass up. Better coverage and extras for pretty much the same price that I’m paying now with progressive. Like I said, I wasn’t planning on switching back, but Brandon won me over and made the process super simple and easy. Thank you Brandon!
