Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. They are kind and informative through every step of the process. If I ever close on another property, its a no-brainer; I know that they have my back and they are professional. My situation was fairly complicated and they handled it with ease and lifted the burden.
