Brightest insurance failed to even contact us regarding this matter. They sent emails to an old email account but never called or sent a letter. I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.

Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise.
