Stephanie was ultra professional and completely went above and beyond to make sure that my policy was activated in time. Even when I call into the office, everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. 5 /5 Twanna Meeks: I would like to give a huge thank you to Alexis, Mason Office Representative, at the Kerry Forest Location for helping me with my situation on Monday 5/5/25 I had been waiting over a week to receive the email. I never received it so I went into the office on Monday to handle the situation. Alexis call the claims department and told them I was in the office in person to handle the situation and they told her it would take over thirty minutes for them to send the email which actually took an hour. I had been waiting on an email from the claims department that took over an hour for them to email the paperwork to the office for me. to sign.
