After canceling my policy (bc my car broke down) then needing insurance again (bc I got a car again), sam was able to get me a policy that was cheaper than what I was paying before! He was very patient and polite and he also explained everything very well. Its always a good day when getting off the phone with insurance ppl and not have a bit of aggravation. RB R Moved here from Chicago and they were referred to us. They have been great since day one. They have taken the time to explain things to me when I just dont understand about the policy differences, they respond to emails quickly, they answer phones and they just do a great job! They have always made efforts to find me the best policys for the least expensive amount and provides choices. I have always worked with Kim and Chelsea. Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.

mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.
