Acceptance Insurance - Palatka (FL)

Anissa I want to give props to Linda for expeditiously taking care of an issue with my homeowners policy. I received a cancellation letter over the weekend and of course, I was distressed and baffled because the underwriting reason made no sense. I went to Filichia first thing on Monday morning and after reviewing the photos, it was determined that the problem was not for my property, but my neighbors. Linda called the insurance company and within 5 minutes it was resolved. Woo-hoo, I walked out a very happy customer with a letter of reinstatement in hand. Filichia is a wonderful, family owned business that genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond. Thank you Linda, I feel fortunate to have you in my hometown.

Norm Feld This is my first insurance claim in over 40 years and I was expecting a complete nightmare. Much to my surprise this has been an extremely positive experience. Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time. Tower Hill is probably one of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of insurance.

SCOTT DAVIS This company I have been with for many years. They handle my business policies, my personal, and auto for my family. I have had excellent experience through their entire staff that works there. I started with Margaret Boomer who has since passed however she was extremely experienced in her knowledge with insurance and so nice and friendly as she handled my business insurance. I will say she has left a legacy as the company has grown with Steve, Vicki but most of all their staff has really helped me out with my insurance needs. A big shout out to Miranda who handles my business lines now. She is awesome! , and Ruby who takes care of my personal auto. She has been great as well. The entire staff is great as well. Jea kams Feeling stuck with USAAs insanely expensive auto insurance, I turned to Tim Huber and they (Victoria) solved my problem within a day.
