5 /5 Michael: My wife and I have had our policies with Marion Fazio for many years, and they have always treated us great. When my car was totaled several years ago, they had a check for me on the same day the garage declared the car a total loss. Most recently, I received a notice from the state of FL that my license was suspended due to a lapse in coverage. The lapse never happened; I was covered by State Farm but the TX auto dealer never changed the registration (so it appeared I still owned the car).
