5 /5 Michael: My wife and I have had our policies with Marion Fazio for many years, and they have always treated us great. When my car was totaled several years ago, they had a check for me on the same day the garage declared the car a total loss. Most recently, I received a notice from the state of FL that my license was suspended due to a lapse in coverage. The lapse never happened; I was covered by State Farm but the TX auto dealer never changed the registration (so it appeared I still owned the car). I called State Farm over the weekend, and agent Ryan Rifflard called me first thing on Monday morning. Very impressive! Then Ryan went above and beyond in helping me to resolve this, providing some solid advice as well as a letter documenting that my coverage never lapsed. Thank you Ryan, thank you Marion Fazio.
