She goes the extra mile to be sure you have the right amount of coverage for your situation. After being involved with another agency and due to their lack of involvement and communication my previous homeowners insurance was to be cancelled so I reached out to Rosa and right away she got involved and resolved the matter in a timely manner. Maddy Bird Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Chris Pena Made the switch to Domain Insurance after my previous company kept on raising my rates with no claims made. Not only did Donna find cheaper rates but she continually looked for additional discounts after I received quotes from her. All of the sudden my previous company tried to “review” my coverage and look for cheaper rates. They still couldn’t match Domain Insurance rates for same coverage. Donna went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I believe Domain Insurance will keep their customers best interest in mind when renewals are approaching and always look what the best options are available.

Niko Rivera I didn’t get a cheaper quote like i hoped to, but the lady that helped me went above and beyond to try for me. She looked up if my car had a recall - which tends to jack insurance prices up - and it did. She told me to take care of the recall and come back for new quotes. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to soon. It was such a nice experience getting multiple quotes all in one go, and with the help of a polite, patient person.
