Jeff Ryman Kristina got a hold of me a few months ago trying to get my insurance down. I was not happy with the companies I was with she guaranteed me I could get lower rates with her. I was going on a cruise. I told her When I get back, we can work on it. She called me and got me set up. Definitely lowered my Insurance. Very polite courteous awesome all the way around. . William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.
