5 /5 Tony Butler: This was our first damage claim (from Hurricane Milton) with Tower Hill Insurance. It was exceptional in almost every way.
• Their “desk estimator” made contact with us very soon after we filed. He was easily available to us from start to finish. We had no reason to ever be anxious—Kelly was always there and explained the process clearly. He carefully explained what the process would be on the insurance company end—no wondering or guessing on our end. Once the estimate came in, he assured us that it was “only a starting point,” and that if additional repairs were required, he would help us with that. Good to his word, he did. Tower Hill helped us secure a management firm to handle the repair plan and execution. Though we had our choice of companies, it made sense to us to use their recommended project management group.
• The estimate was very fair and adequate with the check being approved and sent to us promptly.
