5 /5 Norm Feld: This is my first insurance claim in over 40 years and I was expecting a complete nightmare. Much to my surprise this has been an extremely positive experience. Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time. Tower Hill is probably one of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of insurance.

It was exceptional in almost every way. • Their “desk estimator” made contact with us very soon after we filed. He was easily available to us from start to finish. We had no reason to ever be anxious—Kelly was always there and explained the process clearly. He carefully explained what the process would be on the insurance company end—no wondering or guessing on our end. Once the estimate came in, he assured us that it was “only a starting point,” and that if additional repairs were required, he would help us with that. Good to his word, he did. Tower Hill helped us secure a management firm to handle the repair plan and execution. Though we had our choice of companies, it made sense to us to use their recommended project management group. • The estimate was very fair and adequate with the check being approved and sent to us promptly. • In another review, I will summarize our evaluation of the management company called FireService.

1 /5 Robert Whisman: Canceled my insurance said loose or damaged skirting. Insurance company is a joke beware if you have a claim bet they don’t pay. UPDATE AFTER THIS POSTING THEY SENT LETTER THAT MY POLICY WAS REINSTATED AND THEN A BILL TO PAY IT. I GUESS SOMEONE REVIEWED MY CASE WHOEVER IT WAS THANK YOU

5 /5 Susan: This was the first time I ever made a claim on my homeowners policy. Everything went smoothly both with Tower Hill and the company that evaluated the claim. The whole process went smoothly. The adjusters, John from Tower Hill, and Victoria, from Factory Mutual Boiler Re, were both kind, understanding and sympathetic to my issue. Claim was paid very fast!
