I was very pleased with the time and services I received from my personal lines account manager Tracy Trezza. I utilize Thompson Baker for my home, auto, and umbrella policies and so far, so good. Ive been with them 5 years and Ive had no complaints. I think doing a review is a good thing to occasionally consider. We did make a few changes in my coverage. Tracy was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
