Bill Dean Just dealt with Lala Prado at Ranch Insurance. I asked if she could find me a better rate on my auto insurance and she delivered promptly. She was professional, informative, and patient, while I peppered her with lots of questions. She understands the concept of excellent customer service, which seems to be a rare commodity of late. Susan Chase I sold my property 4 months ago and have been trying to get refunded for my unused premium ever since. I sent them my closing statement promptly. After waiting over 2 months, I called my broker since they won’t talk directly to me. Without any notice to my broker they were holding the check to confirm the address the check should be mailed to. After confirming address, I waited another month and called my broker again only to find out they sent the check to an address I haven’t lived at for 3 years. Now I have to wait for check to be canceled and new check to be reissued. Is this company legitimate! Sounds like they are avoiding payout. I have always paid my premium in full and in a timely manner. They should have to pay me interest for holding onto my money for 4 months. They would have definitely charged me a late fee since they have charged all sorts of fees the 6 years I was with them and I have never put in a claim. With this treatment, I am so glad I never did. It would have been a nightmare. I never leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. Beware.

I was looking to save money, and agent Brandon was able to save me money and also have a better coverage in my auto insurance. Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get
