While her quote was admittedly a shock to my system, she patiently walked me through my options and revised the quote according to my perceived needs at least 5 times. She did so swiftly and without complaint. Because of my unique circumstances, I did shop around with other agents for the lowest price. I was glad when her quote ended up being the lowest because I really wanted to do business with her. My father-in-law is a client of theirs and he highly recommended the agency to me.
