Roy Mallett I was put in touch with Scott @ Brightway because my current insurance company was so expensive. After obtaining my 4-Point inspection and Wind mitigation report, Scott was able to provide us with same coverage for 60% less than out current policy. He provided honest, through customer service. Betty Borges A well oiled machine!! Gavin Seward was amazing to work with. He had incredible patience with me. He explained the fancy insurance jargon into laymens terms so that I would understand the coverage that I had. I got better coverage for less monthly cost. The support staff was also great to work with. I would encourage everyone to at least have a quick policy review with Gavin. We are so happy we moved to State Farm.

Regina Moss A representative from this company named Jose Alvarez called my client and switched his plan. My client is special needs and has a POA who takes care of all his needs including his Healthcare. According to my client Jose advised him in the conversation that he knew me which is a flat out lie. In doing so my client trusted him and the application was processed and submitted without the POA present or even being contacted. My client in turned called his mom who called me and I called the POA and we had to call to get this application canceled which cant happen for a few days. However the representatives that assisted us were a bit rude and even provided wrong information and when I questioned the information he stated he read it wrong. My client has medications and treatments that require a PA and this change would disrupt his entire treatment routine because he would have to start over not to mention the prescriptions it could affect. I am not sure the agent asked if he has a POA but my client clearly knows he does and has a copy of the paper himself. He gets these calls often and I have educated him but as I stated he is special needs and gets confused very easily. The agent telling my client that he knows me was a lie and deceitful and unethical way to gain trust. These calls are recorded and can be pulled if necessary and the agent hel accountable. However the actions of most of these call center agents are unacceptable and it needs to stop. All for a few extra dollars.Sad
