1 /5 Regina Moss: A representative from this company named Jose Alvarez called my client and switched his plan. My client is special needs and has a POA who takes care of all his needs including his Healthcare. According to my client Jose advised him in the conversation that he knew me which is a flat out lie. In doing so my client trusted him and the application was processed and submitted without the POA present or even being contacted. My client in turned called his mom who called me and I called the POA and we had to call to get this application canceled which cant happen for a few days. However the representatives that assisted us were a bit rude and even provided wrong information and when I questioned the information he stated he read it wrong. My client has medications and treatments that require a PA and this change would disrupt his entire treatment routine because he would have to start over not to mention the prescriptions it could affect. I am not sure the agent asked if he has a POA but my client clearly knows he does and has a copy of the paper himself. He gets these calls often and I have educated him but as I stated he is special needs and gets confused very easily. The agent telling my client that he knows me was a lie and deceitful and unethical way to gain trust. These calls are recorded and can be pulled if necessary and the agent hel accountable. However the actions of most of these call center agents are unacceptable and it needs to stop. All for a few extra dollars.Sad

Called this place to remove my data that they think they can keep on sending junk mail. Operator rude she does not listen obviously can not hear. CEO will be contacted IF I get one more thing from them. Junk mail. Start paying attention to consumers. Would not use them as insurance get a customer EVER. They call listen and stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have legal witnesses to the phone call to the postcard etc. I filed the postcard letter in my file folder for keeping for later reference as to asking business to remove. Also operator thought I would give phone number etc. Well .... Trust me she should have done her job. Sad thing when junk mail appears for fifth sent when they were asked on the first sending.
1 /5 Michelle Waldow: Here we go again. This company enrolled one of my clients on a five star plan. Promised the world. Funny thing, her doctor does not work with the plan and now she is stuck. She is no longer able to reach the person that signed her up in order to get some help. Seems he is always on the phone with someone else. When will people learn that these agents will say anything to get seniors to agree to change plans and then they are never available to take there complaints or to help them.
david hass Nate, Micky, and Laura were all extremely helpful. They were quick to respond with questions and quotes and Farmers Insurance has great rates, so its the total package.
