Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

Logan Ardrey At the end of the day I forgot insurance is a business. I filed a claim and they some how managed to make my situation worse so they could save a few dollars. Needless to say I will never be working with progressive again.

Alien Russ if that is truly his name, he is rude, disrespectful and racist. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
