Aaron Ryan Didn’t think I’d be switching auto insurance on a random Tuesday, but here we are. I was driving back from a house near Julian B. Lane Park and noticed the GRI Low Cost Auto Insurance sign. My old car insurance premium was eating too much of my paycheck, so I stopped in. They explained liability vs full coverage like they were talking to a friend, not selling me something. Ended up with a new car insurance policy that’s actually affordable — my monthly premium now fits my budget without losing the protection I need. They even printed my proof of insurance so I could swing by the DMV that same afternoon. Already told a coworker about them.

Dana Portnoy I can not say enough about Jennifer B. at Cato Insurance Group! We were given a renewal notice that more than doubled our homeowners rate from the year before. We called Jennifer and she was able to find us another policy for almost the same rate we had been paying. She walked us through the inspection process and when we needed to supply more information, was more than helpful through that process as well. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, call them! They are fabulous and we highly recommend them.

Ryan Dietzel They are great! I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha

They have taken the time to explain things to me when I just dont understand about the policy differences, they respond to emails quickly, they answer phones and they just do a great job! They have always made efforts to find me the best policys for the least expensive amount and provides choices. I have always worked with Kim and Chelsea. Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.
