1 /5 Jack: I agree with the last review if I could give zero stars I would Kevin is clueless when it comes to insurance period but especially commercial truck insurance Im not sure he even past the test to be honest he never told me some very important information that now is causing me a big headache with GEICO please do yourself a favor go to someone else that is educated in this field..... HORRIBLE

1 /5 Meckenley Ramsaroop: If 0 stars were an option that would be my choice not even 1 star is deserved I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Kevin Johnson while trying to find homeowners insurance. From start to finish, he was completely unprofessional. He was disorganized, didn’t follow up when he said he would, and seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone than actually helping me. On top of that, he was extremely rude speaking to me with an attitude and making me feel like my questions were a nuisance. When I asked important questions about coverage options, he gave vague answers or brushed me off entirely. It felt like I was more of a bother than a client. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, or professional assistance, this was a complete waste of time.

5 /5 Paolo Martin Venegas Ugaz: Kevin was great! Very professional, caring, and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the steps. He was also fast. I felt comfortable working with him. My experience with my home insurance (of great help!!) took me to also work with him when it comes to my car insurance, once again getting a good deal! Most important thing for me: He is a family man and a man of God!
