1 /5 Meckenley Ramsaroop: If 0 stars were an option that would be my choice not even 1 star is deserved I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Kevin Johnson while trying to find homeowners insurance. From start to finish, he was completely unprofessional. He was disorganized, didn’t follow up when he said he would, and seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone than actually helping me. On top of that, he was extremely rude speaking to me with an attitude and making me feel like my questions were a nuisance. When I asked important questions about coverage options, he gave vague answers or brushed me off entirely. It felt like I was more of a bother than a client. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, or professional assistance, this was a complete waste of time.
