By our conversation, I can tell that he takes great care of each one of his customers and is always looking out for their best interest. Josh is very competent, kind, thorough, and professional. Jaime N Shannon Spencer We’ve had this insurance for the last 5 years, best insurance company we’ve ever had. We’ve had the price drop 3 times, I’ve never had a price drop with any other company, also it’s a simple process to get a teen discount for good grades and the driver course. My daughters car was hit while parked in a parking lot, we went through the other persons insurance for the claim, they were moving slow so contacted travelers, told them we didn’t want to file a claim through them because of it possibly increasing our rates. They still contacted the other insurance company on our behalf to make them speed up the process, and they reached back out to me a few times to be sure the other company was staying in touch with us. What other company would do that?
