Jan Short Weve had State Farm Insurance for our cars and home for more than 30 years. Everyone in the office is very helpful, and and will patiently explain anything you dont understand. Looking for another insurance company, talk to Jake!!

Dave Abel Came into the WP office this morning and talked with Brie W. at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had questions about our auto policies and got them all answered in just a few minutes. Also pointed me to a new defensive driving discount I was unaware of. Tony, this is an excellent choice for the first person to meet/greet/help customers.

Tammy Mauro I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.

James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!
