1 /5 Rachel Tipaldi: I called the number given me by my bank in regards to updating my banking information for my pension. After going through two customer service representatives, neither of which I hardly understood because of their accents, I was transferred to another department, only to be left on hold for 53 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was immediately put on hold once more. I Googled Prudential Insurance Co locations near me and called their 352 number, only to be told that that number and address -which is listed on Google- is not Prudential. I do not know what kind of shady business dealings are happening here, but that it outrageous.
