1 /5 James Howell: Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!

1 /5 Russell: Most Horrible service ever!!! I got rear-ended by one of their customers. Tried to set up a rental. I spent almost 6 hours on the phone getting countless pointless transfers, so, when I got fed up I asked for a manager and 6 hours later I received a supervisor who was a complete biotch. There were so many representatives getting my information I felt violated. My claims adjustor actually left my file on his desk and went on vacation. None of them could obviously read the notes in my file. And when it was all said and done I still sit with no rental car. If they didnt force me to add a star to leave a review I would have left none

1 /5 Lori Park-Colwell: I had progressive every month my policy went up couldnt understand why. I called today to cancel my policy & I find out that progressive had added my 42 year old son to my insurance policy he isnt even a licensed driver for medical reasons he cant drive he doesnt live with me but because he was here visiting me & had mail sent to my house while he was here they automatically assumed he lived with me & added him to my insurance policy WITHOUT any kind of notice until today when I questioned why my monthly payment keeps going up. Heads up folks check out Geico they are $200.00 cheaper than progressive

1 /5 Alex Hedgecock: Veteran that used Progressive for RV insurance twice and motorcycle insurance once. RV policies are a joke, and they will find any way they can to weasel out of paying what the policy owes you. My first RV they totaled and pulled it out from under me while I was living in it making me homeless when I could’ve been allowed to stay in it. They did not seek damages from the offending party. Second RV they denied totaling stating the vehicle could fetch $15k more than what it was actually worth. That inflated value prevented the total loss and gap insurance from being triggered so I’m stuck with a vehicle that’s not safe to drive but have to continue making payments on. They threatened to drop us out of nowhere after trying to file for total loss months of back and forth. Finally after denying to total awarded a check for hurricane damages worth the same amount of the total but still denied totaling and offered us insurance at 2x what we were paying. We cancelled and we are working with the bank to figure out how to pay for a debt that should’ve been covered. DONT USE PROGRESSIVE FOR AN RV.

1 /5 Sonni Bedard: Weve paid in full for the past eight years. The smallest dent on my vehicle and their "expert" deems it totaled. Drove my so-called totaled vehicle an hour and a half out here for the receptionist to be rude to me the moment I walked in. Then we waited 30 minutes to finally see no one because no one is present for our meeting. Terrible service all around. Give your money to ANYONE else.
