And trust me when I tell you, not everybody is pleasant and or know their jobs. With that said, I dealt with Marley, Not only did she know her job, but she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her customer service was on point. I’ll be brutally honest, I was dreading the call altogether because I just knew it would be time consuming and just an overall daunting task. Agent Michelle Floyd was my ABSOLUTE GODSEND. She was very polite, intelligent, very versed with her company’s products, delivering top tier customer service. She gave me the “BEST FRIEND” customer experience. Direct Auto..thank you. 5 /5 Rob Yon: I would like to thank Marley for her outstanding customer service skills and her ability to create my policy with ease. She was very helpful and helping me resolve a situation and found all the discounts she could to assist me even further. There was an error on their side (not Marley’s fault) where my down payment is and remains unaccounted for, but is still pending on my account. She has been working to find that payment as my bank as said the funds have been sent however Direct can’t find the payment. Once again i am GIVING 5 STARS TO MARLEY! She definitely saved me from taking my business elsewhere and I hope someone that works in processing has as much care as she does and gets this situation fixed. Thank you Marley i don’t want your efforts to go unnoticed. But c’mon Direct let’s get that other down payment applied to my premium.
