I asked him back in October on a quote, he was super informative and prompt in giving me the answers and pricing to everything I asked. When he followed up in January I had totally forgotten about State Farm & at that point went with the switch. He is always responsive, even if he doesnt have an exact answer in that moment he will always get it and come back. There pricing is unbeatable in this market as well (not only lower but the deductibles were lower too!) Even on the times Ive had to call the office customer service has been 100%
