1 /5 Evan: Needed 2 older rental home policies and had 30 day notice from the company previously insuring them. Got quotes and bound from Carl Mugglin at Brad Burns and was told southern fidelity would insure no problems. Got a cancellation notice soon afterwards from the insurance company. Carl was supposed to be getting me quotes for my house as well. Had to scramble for new policies again, but this time Carl decided not to respond. Never even gave me the quotes for my house. Called, emailed, multiple times, no response. Never followed up on the cancellations and never returned my calls. He could have just told me they didn’t have options for me, but instead he just ignored me. Not the way you want to be treated by an insurance company. I went over to Woodham insurance and they took care of me.

I have been with them for more than 3 years now and they have been great. They will look for better auto insurance deals for you if you ask them to do so. Carl shopped a cheaper auto insurance deal for me when I asked him to look for a better deal for me. They have great customer service and they will always answer your call. Highly recommended!!!

1 /5 Anita Cooper: Previously, we had good response with this agency. This time, however, our need for homeowners insurance was given to a man who obviously didnt care or didnt know how to handle sumple HOI. Four calls and then we took our need for HOI elsewhere.
