1 /5 Steven Katkowsky: My wife started the process of changing agents to Michelle at the "We Insure" agency owned by Katie Knight. The first problem was that it took almost a month to finally hear that Michelle couldnt transfer our Progressive policy to her agency. So she then tried to sell us a different policy by telling us that Progressive had a very low rating by AM best, which wasnt true. She also told us that the new policy had a much better rating than it actually had, even though its low rating was printed on the company website. After it was decided that we were not a good fit and we wanted to change our policy back to our original agent, the owner, Katie, assured us that she would handle this for us. Today, when my wife asked her how the transfer was going , since it was taking longer than she said, Katie told my wife that we were wasting her time ( she actually spelled it "waisting") and to deal with it ourselves. Beware of this agency.
