Jean Wall Drew Paterson of the Anderson Agency of North Florida has handled my insurance needs for years now. He was there for me when my former home insurance company pulled out of Florida and left me without insurance. He answered all my questions, found one of the few companies that would insure me, guided me to very good inspectors, helped me find a state agency that would help me with a new roof (and lower my sky-rocketed premiums) and all with speedy efficiency. He was so good that when he relocated to Anderson, I tracked him down to help me again. Anderson is a good find and Drew is your man!

Anissa I want to give props to Linda for expeditiously taking care of an issue with my homeowners policy. I received a cancellation letter over the weekend and of course, I was distressed and baffled because the underwriting reason made no sense. I went to Filichia first thing on Monday morning and after reviewing the photos, it was determined that the problem was not for my property, but my neighbors. Linda called the insurance company and within 5 minutes it was resolved. Woo-hoo, I walked out a very happy customer with a letter of reinstatement in hand. Filichia is a wonderful, family owned business that genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond. Thank you Linda, I feel fortunate to have you in my hometown.
