1 /5 Chris Martinez: The director of this agency displays an unacceptable level of arrogance and disregard towards clients. Her attitude was rude, abrupt, and carried a superiority complex that clearly shows she has no interest in providing decent service. She doesn’t listen, constantly interrupts, and treats people condescendingly, as if she’s above everyone else. Leadership like this sends a clear message: the client doesn’t matter. This behavior is a disgrace to the company and completely destroys any trust. I do not recommend this agency under any circumstances.
