Bruce Hurst I received a non renewal notice on my policy because the company felt they had too much exposure in Palatka. Before I could call my agent about this, I received a call from Courtney at their office. She called to help me find a new company to insure the home. She was so pleasant to talk with and did an excellent job finding me another company with even better coverage and a comparable price. This was my first insurance policy purchased totally on my own and he made sure I understood, in clear language, what I was getting and made the process quick and easy. While we werent able to find a better policy, it wasnt for a lack of trying on her part. Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond.
