I reached out, and Dana immediately went to work. She shopped around and found a quote that was literally one-third of my renewal cost within minutes. She took the time and went thru every coverage line item with me. She made sure I understood what I am signing up for. I ended up getting flood insurance as well even though I am not in the flood zone. Happy to pay for it since I am risk adverse. I provided my information over the phone, and within an hour, Dana sent over the insurance documentation for signature. Talk about efficiency! Thanks to Dana, I saved thousands of dollars with just one phone call. P.S. Only after I called my insurance agent to cancel did she come back with the same cheaper quote Dana had already found.
