Maria has been absolutely wonderful in helping us. She is polite and professional, and easy to get in touch with. Everyone knows the homeowners insurance market is a mess in Florida right now, but Maria makes it easy to navigate. She is knowledgeable on the current rates and requirements and explains things in simple terms that us non-insurance folks can understand. In this unpredictable market, we are so thankful to have an agent that we really feel is on our side. We spoke a few times over the phone, but because our policy wasnt due for renewal yet, there wasnt much action we could take at that time. A few months later I received our renewal offer and contacted Maria again. Even though they hadnt sold us the policy or really done much for us at that point, she knew exactly who I was and jumped right on helping us.
