Susan Munro I was referred by a friend to Austin Pond regarding automobile insurance. I almost didn’t call because I had called places in the past without success. Austin was thorough and professional. He responded to my many questions and was patient while I reviewed his quote, even calling his competitors. I was compelled to do this as his quote was SIGNIFICANTLY more cost effective than any other agent. I actually called my now former agent and recited the terms Austin offered. She said, and I quote. “I hate to lose your business, but I can’t touch that.” Austin secured me a policy with the same carrier with almost identical terms actually lowering my deductible.
