They take their time with you and not rush you so they can go on to the customer. Ive been to other agents and they do not provide the same customer service. I changed to them after seeing how they worked with my 84 year old mother. The warm and caring service they gave her. I received the same level of service as she did. Philip Honzik David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. Ive been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit. I understand auto isnt necessarily a high-dollar value for agencies, but the other agencies I spoke to didnt really treat me like a person. This place was different. I could tell David cared and that he knows his stuff. We even talked a little baseball. My rate ended up being $17/month less than the next cheapest option with equal coverage and a lower deductible!
