Ms Jae Anderson Ashley Olivera was my customer service representative and she was awesome she answered questions and my concerns. Ashley Olivera was very professional and apologetic for the previous caller that hung up on me because I ask her name for my records and I didnt have to ask Ashley she gave as answering the call. Very Patience and helpful and polite , informative about my concern so I appreciate customer service like that.

Jea kams Feeling stuck with USAAs insanely expensive auto insurance, I turned to Tim Huber and they (Victoria) solved my problem within a day. It was so quick, and painless with everything done over the phone and through the web, I feel like I should actually visit in person to express my heartfelt "thanks". ANNESE Dunleavy While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydias research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm. .

Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier. Vanessa Fox is outstanding in understanding what coverage needs you have and then running it through all the available carriers to present you the best options available. She’s proactive in asking if anything has changed for you when renewal time comes and remains in contact with you. This is in contrast with previous experiences where the brokers/carriers send you a revised policy along with the annual increase without any other communication.
