Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away

For over 10 years, I have been dealing with Kelly, and what an absolute gem and an asset to the whole organization. She is always quick to respond and even quicker to carry out the tasks I had called her about whether it’s adding someone to my policy or shopping around for a new policy or updating a policy or removing employees, etc., etc. Over the years, I run into other business owners and individuals who speak about having to change agencies constantly or look for a new agent or horror stories about how they weren’t protected or taken care of, and were left exposed!! We’ll, If you’re looking for someone that will help protect you and your business and protect everything you’ve worked hard for, as well as make it very simple, even for an old-fashioned person like me, you will not go wrong with Logan Insurance! Highly recommended!

Niko Rivera I didn’t get a cheaper quote like i hoped to, but the lady that helped me went above and beyond to try for me. She looked up if my car had a recall - which tends to jack insurance prices up - and it did. She told me to take care of the recall and come back for new quotes. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to soon. It was such a nice experience getting multiple quotes all in one go, and with the help of a polite, patient person.

Alexie Tether Lenard was SUPER HELPFUL on the phone, explained what was going on with my account vs with the Direct Auto hot line being not helpful, rude and totally unresponsive to my questions. Will be calling this store for any help/questions on my policies from now on. Thank you!
