Anya Macias BEST agent in all of Florida. Although we share the same last name we didnt always share business. I had Geico for 20 plus years and never once had a rate decrease despite a perfect driving record. After switching with Luis to State Farm not only did my rate go down but it has gone down twice since, he was able to right a condo policy for my home that my prior carrier could not do, and even my flood rate went down which in South Florida is unheard of. His staff is amazing and very responsive, especially Seth. You will not regret using Luis Macias as your State Farm agent

Regina Moss A representative from this company named Jose Alvarez called my client and switched his plan. My client is special needs and has a POA who takes care of all his needs including his Healthcare. According to my client Jose advised him in the conversation that he knew me which is a flat out lie. In doing so my client trusted him and the application was processed and submitted without the POA present or even being contacted. My client in turned called his mom who called me and I called the POA and we had to call to get this application canceled which cant happen for a few days. However the representatives that assisted us were a bit rude and even provided wrong information and when I questioned the information he stated he read it wrong. My client has medications and treatments that require a PA and this change would disrupt his entire treatment routine because he would have to start over not to mention the prescriptions it could affect. I am not sure the agent asked if he has a POA but my client clearly knows he does and has a copy of the paper himself. He gets these calls often and I have educated him but as I stated he is special needs and gets confused very easily. The agent telling my client that he knows me was a lie and deceitful and unethical way to gain trust. These calls are recorded and can be pulled if necessary and the agent hel accountable. However the actions of most of these call center agents are unacceptable and it needs to stop. All for a few extra dollars.Sad
