Based on that, I contacted them and asked them to send me proposals for replacing my current HO insurance AND my auto policies. I had the good fortune to be helped by Sylvia, one of their senior account reps. Within 24 hours of my first call, she had sent me several options and choices. Most impressive was her knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and positive attitude in making sure I was comfortable with my final choices. I couldnt have asked for any better service, and look forward to a long relationship with Harbour.

Christine chased down the best rates for the needed coverage and she is wonderful to work with when you have any questions. She always has Time and always makes a quick call back if she’s tied up with another client. She has now written multiple policies for me and always seems to find me the best rates compared to others. Solid professional. !!!
