Linda Owsianik When it was time to renew my auto insurance costs in January, the premium was ridiculously high. I have a good driving record and decided to start looking around for other insurance companies. I found State Farm and their premiums were half what I had been paying! Now, 6 months later, it’s time to renew and it so happens that my homeowners insurance is also up for renewal. I spoke with Nate Lovelace about adding the homeowners and he was wonderful. He was able to save me almost $700. I’m very happy with Nate and State Farm!

And trust me when I tell you, not everybody is pleasant and or know their jobs. With that said, I dealt with Marley, Not only did she know her job, but she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her customer service was on point. Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get
