1 /5 Elizabeth Augustine: Pretty sad that when you are told that an agent will call you back after lunch, you wait till almost lunch time the next day to call back. Same lady from the day before answers and then tries to make an excuse as to why I wasnt called back. If youre going to run an insurance agency for people who are wanting quotes now and not days later, you should help potential customers. Instead of making excuses and taking on to many potential customers if you dont have enough agents to quote them in a timely manner. Or let them know "Hey we are backed up right now and it may be a few days before we are able to get back to you about your quote, and or even getting said info to run quotes." Id say this is poor customer service at its finest, and whats truly sad is I figured based off the picture and it looking like a possible family run agency that maybe they would be nice to speak with and potentially deal with. But boy was I wrong on so many levels. You could at least be honest at the end of the day, instead of making up excuses. If you cant help people in a timely manner then tell them to nicely they may want to move along or look elsewhere.
