C L Boyd RSC and agent Russell Jamieson, Jr. were recommended to me by my marina to insure my boats kept at Port Canaveral. I liked their service so well that I switched my insurance for 4 cars from Progressive to Safeco via their agency as well. They are efficient and thorough and keep me informed as necessary. They are easily reachable by phone and e-mail and usually respond within minutes. They have been able to negotiate very fair premiums through reputable insurance companies, and the service I have received when needed has been excellent as well.

Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away
