1 /5 Richard Tinsley: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot tell you how bad my experience was with Angela. Im buying a second home in Florida so had questions about coverage. Extremely little insight offered to very basic FL questions like how much coverage for a screened enclosure. Two weeks into our process and 3 days from closing, Im asking for a return call with no response. At 3:19pm, I get an email saying that Im uninsurable and she has no options because of a water claim in 2023 at a rental property we own in VT ... sorry. Am I her first client? This exclusion seems like the first question an agent would ask. If I could use ZERO stars I would.

1 /5 Mark Votypka: Rivard is gone. In its place is a virtual insurance office that wants you to check in on a computer so screen and someone will be with me soon. Left without interacting with there AI.

Martin Rivard went the extra mile….actually way more than that, to assist me after severe water damage due to an indoor sprinkler that spontaneously burst. He personally assisted me in navigating the stressful time and was able to expedite my claim with the insurance company. In this day & age of subpar customer service, I highly recommend this agency. I am so very grateful for their help. Don’t hesitate to contact them.
