1 /5 Lester Ashe: I have to find another insurance company! State Farm is always raising my rates without my knowledge or prior notification. I called the office twice, I never seem to get the same person. Always someone different, who cant answer my questions. Never! Always a call back! Ive said I was going to start shopping around to switch companies...but Im so tired of being treated like a second class citizen.
