5 /5 Ray S: Quick, easy, gets quotes from same companies as everyone else but difference between this company and everyone else is they weren’t charging double the price for these policies. Think ladies name was Shirley, real nice lady, gave me half the price of 4 other “local” shops and believe it or not, the whole experience from the phone call to the quote and payment was also cut in half hence the reason for the review. Highly recommend letting this lady work some magic in your back pockets.

1 /5 Tonique Anthony: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Shirley is BEYOND rude ! I started with them back in April everything was fine until I purchased a new car last month . She lied about my new monthly rate when I had to email and call several times to finally get a response she stated I was still paying for insurance on my previous car plus the new car !! She did not want to explain how that was possible and told me “You’re just mad about how much you are paying .” Yes I’m indeed mad because I was told $420 and when the bill came it was $590 HUGE DIFFERENCE! She proceeded to say she never gave me a number etc etc. I told her just go ahead send me the cancellation information it has now been a week I’ve still been emailing and calling and have not heard anything from her ! I called the company they insured me with to find out I was not going to be paying on my old vehicles in fact that is the amount ($590) they quoted her for me from the start!!! Shirley was trying to say I may have misunderstood her , but at the time of me quoting prices I was texting my mother n law to confirm if I was getting good deals . So for her to lie and tell me to “justify” that she gave me that price when she know she did not send me anything regrading the new policy is very wrong . Very much careless . 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Better off going to any insurance company yourself !!!!

5 /5 Denise Fleischman: Sherlie Joseph is a very smart, sharp dedicated woman. When I walked I to the office today, she was handling a few issues. She was poised, unruffled and was kind and patient with each customer. She has an amazing attitude and as I watched her work, I thought to myself, if I had a business I would offer her a job in a minute!! She is well equipped to handle whatever your need is. Denise F.
