1 /5 Mr Toni: Once they take your deposit for binding insurance they dont respond to calls or text. I called the insurance company and found out that the policy was never completed. Just took the money and put it in his own pocket. I have Known Joseph for a long time and never thought of him doing this. Its a Shame buyer beware

1 /5 Carlos Tapia: Business must be great there because I been trying to get in touch with Maria to get a quote. I called last night and was told she was with a client and I respect that so I told the young lady I was speaking to, to please take down my phone number and have her contact me in the morning. Got no call in the morning so I decided to call them back, they put me on hold for 20 minutes plus, I hung up the phone, called again and was put on hold for another 20 minutes so I decided to hang up. I heard good things about you guys, I was really looking forward to doing business with you.

1 /5 Cristal Noriega: This place is extremely disrespectful and not worth your time. I called Friday to ask for help with renewing my insurance that I had with them for YEARS, I spoke to a lady named Daniella and she states she was going to call me back I asked if she could make sure to call me by the end of day due to not having insurance coverage and she stated she would at least to update me on what was going on... Never received a call back. I called again on Monday morning and spoke to a gentleman this time and he told me the same. Supposedly he took down my information and states he would call back, I told him I was left waiting for a call on Friday that I never received and he said he would make sure to call me. After calling for 4 days straight I now (Wednesday) get a call from Daniella stating she could help with renewing my insurance. What if I would have gotten a ticket all I was asking was for some help. I even called the insurance company and they stated I had to go through Alta vista but no matter how many times I asked them for help no one was willing to help me. I finally ended up having to find my own insurance and leaving them. WASTE OF TIME!!!
