1 /5 Christopher Snyder: Im extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After filing a claim, I felt like we were lowballed and shortchanged. The process was slow, and the settlement didnt cover nearly enough of our losses. It feels like they prioritized profits over people. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Frontline Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with. They found every way possible to minimize our payout. The adjuster seemed more interested in finding loopholes than honoring their customers policy. Thousands of dollars in losses, and were still waiting for a fair resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive, and its clear theyre more focused on their bottom line than their customers needs. Avoid them at all costs. They never paid us because we didnt come to an agreement now that the time ran out they dont want to pay us nothing. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM FRONT LINE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Frontline Insurance ripped my family off thousands of dollars after we filed a legitimate claim. Their adjusters seemed more like investigators trying to find reasons to deny coverage rather than helping us through a tough time. The communication was poor, the process was slow, and the final settlement was insultingly low. Its clear theyre prioritizing profits over people. Weve had to fight tooth and nail for every penny, and its been incredibly stressful. Id advise anyone considering Frontline Insurance to think twice – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers.

1 /5 Lamar Courtney: If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have had Frontline for 5 years and never submitted a claim. In fact, I have owned 3 homes and never submitted a claim. However, I had a leak that produced mold. I started a claim immediately and had coverage. The adjuster consistently ignored my calls and emails. Finally, once work was completed they denied me stating that this was determined to not be a sudden loss but ongoing for months. This was completely false. They sent an "expert engineer" only after all of the mold remediation was complete. Everything about this claim was legitimate. I recalled that Frontline had me do a virtual home inspection just a few months prior. They had me upload pictures of everything in and around my house only 5 weeks prior to the loss. These pictures revealed no leak and no mold. Despite this, I have been ignored. No answered phone calls, no return call, no returned email. I have now handed all of this over to an attorney to proceed. Stay far away from this company who is happy to take your money but leave you when you need them most.

1 /5 Clay Hemby: I could probably write a book on all the reasons I would not use this company. If I had known how shady they operated, I would have never signed a policy with them. I had two named storms batter my house within weeks of each other, causing significant damage. Like so many others the claims were initially just outright denied. One excuse they gave me was "we dont cover sideways rain" when a window was actually broken. I had to fight to even get a conversation started on that claim, and they finally sent out an engineer who agreed with me. Still wouldnt pay for it. I then had siding ripped from my house and water infiltration due to there no longer being siding. I got multiple quotes from licensed contractors for siding and they didnt want to pay any of them. They offered pennies on the dollar compared to what it costs to actually replace the siding. They refused every estimate provided to them because it wasnt in the format they wanted. I got the run around for months before finally turning it over to an attorney. It has now been 1 year and I am still fighting this carrier to pay for damages they are legally required to cover. The best advise I can give to anyone looking to do business with them is run, run as far and as fast as you can.

1 /5 Wayne: Avoid Frontline Insurance at All Costs! This company is notorious for denying legitimate claims and has proven to be the absolute worst in the industry. After a named storm caused significant damage to our roof, I submitted a standard claim, only to be met with an absurd and frustrating process. Frontline dispatched multiple inspectors, including a so-called forensic engineer flown in from several states away. How ridiculous is that? The adjuster recorded our conversations and pressured me into signing legal affidavits, all while threatening legal action if I dared to say anything they deemed inaccurate. It felt like I was being treated as a criminal for simply trying to file a legitimate insurance claim. After months of waiting, they denied my claim, absurdly claiming that the roof had prior damage and that I was negligent for not reporting it. This is a complete farce! There was no prior damage, and they essentially labeled me a liar to avoid paying what they owe. I have since canceled my policy and am seriously considering legal action. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Frontline.

1 /5 Susana Boggio: Extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After purchasing my policy, I received a letter stating that I had to fix three issues and submit proof by July 22. The agent who sold me the policy told me to send the documents to him directly, and that he would submit them to the company on my behalf. I sent everything, including photos and invoices, on July 21—well within the deadline. Today, I received an email saying my policy has been canceled. I do not understand how they can cancel it after I complied with their requests and provided all the necessary documentation on time. I demand a clear and thorough explanation. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
