1 /5 Teresa Thompson: I recently got insurance through Wells, when renewal came up I was not notified, they said that I received an email and something through USPS, I am still checking through my junk email but have not found it. Then when I went to the office to try to straighten this out I was made to wait!! I was told more than once my agent was in the bathroom but would be with me shortly! I did notice other agents “busy” with their kids or busy walking around, but because my last name started with a “T” they could not help me! I finally met with my agent, who took my payment said I was reinstated, however now I’m dealing with the DMV!! My license is in jeopardy! How did it come to this? I have had car insurance for close to 50 years and never had this issue. I usually receive ample notice of due dates. I will go back to dealing with my insurance company directly and cut out this “middle man” who has been useless!
