They take their time with you and not rush you so they can go on to the customer. Ive been to other agents and they do not provide the same customer service. I changed to them after seeing how they worked with my 84 year old mother. The warm and caring service they gave her. I received the same level of service as she did. I highly recommend this insurance agent.

Dana Portnoy I can not say enough about Jennifer B. at Cato Insurance Group! We were given a renewal notice that more than doubled our homeowners rate from the year before. We called Jennifer and she was able to find us another policy for almost the same rate we had been paying. She walked us through the inspection process and when we needed to supply more information, was more than helpful through that process as well.
