Stefano Fernandez Lori was amazing—super helpful, efficient, and made the process smooth. If you’re looking for great service, I highly recommend working with her. However, Freeway Insurance itself can be frustrating—calls often get transferred to different offices, and reaching your local agent can be tricky. If you want to work specifically with Lori, make sure to ask for her directly, as the main line might try to sell you a policy themselves or disconnect the call. Despite that, Lori is fantastic, and I appreciate her help!
