They have taken the time to explain things to me when I just dont understand about the policy differences, they respond to emails quickly, they answer phones and they just do a great job! They have always made efforts to find me the best policys for the least expensive amount and provides choices. I have always worked with Kim and Chelsea. Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.

Jaime Roberts I like the staff they are friendly and helpful. But...for some reason every month I have to call and re-set up my direct withdrawals and they can never find my account after being there 4-5 years. I am not sure if this is because of Assurance America or what the reasoning is.
