1 /5 Laura Wulff: When John Middleton took over this Brightway practice in Orange Park he took over my insurance as a result. Not much communication with him. Unfortunately I had extensive Hurricane Irma damage (including exterior damage to the brick of the home). When I spoke with him about this claim as it was still being processed, his remark to me was "You put a $100,000 claim on me!" (I am not exaggerating this comment.) I understand he has to have relationships with the insurance companies as well as the homeowners, but this comment suggested total relationship with the insurance company. He had a total lack of regard over the 3+ year process is has been in an attempt to repair my home. I knew at that moment I would no longer work with him. Luckily, this allowed me to meet a great insurance agent not associated with Brightway Insurance.
