Maureen Kilian I have been fighting with my mortgage company for months in regards to my flood insurance, I was convinced I shouldnt be paying the extra tthey were charging me. I only started to get somewhere with them when Hayley from The Bascome agency got involved, she went above and beyond in a very difficult situation and stuck with it , we finally proved them wrong and I was refunded and I no longer have to pay for a lender imposed flood policy. David Kaplan Jose was very responsive to my questions regarding my change over to an annual escrowed insurance payment from direct semi-annual payments. This required that he arrange to refund an extra direct payment that I had made right before the escrowed payment was made by my bank. Jose very easy to work with and very personable.
