1 /5 TODD VINELLI: If you want an agent with whom you can speak with when you need something or help this is not the right agent for you. Does not answer calls, does not keep office hours as she works from home I guess. Every single time I have called for insurance questions or to get quotes for vehicles she sends it to voicemail and then responds with a text with an excuse why she can’t talk. This has been going on for almost a year. I have a years worth of texts to prove it lol. Really nice person, just needs to take her job and the needs of customers more seriously.

5 /5 Daniel OBerry: Robin Starritt is an amazing agent!!!! If it wasnt for Robin I would have had my home closing delayed by at least a week if not cancel entirely. I had to have my flood insurance switched to Robin because my current agent (or lack there of) wouldnt respond to phone calls or emails. If you need an insurance agent please give Robin a call or email as she will take care of all your needs and help every step of the way.
